There is a leadership model that has been in existence for many, many years – Kouzes and Posner’s Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. The main reason this model has survived as one of the top leadership classics, is that it works splendidly. You will dive into the wisdom of this model and develop a plan of how you can show up in the world as a community leader who is mindful, responsive, effective and productive.
