These times are calling for community leadership at a level we have seldom experienced. In this segment, we offer 7 strategies to strengthen and apply ways of being that add value to any situation. Some of these include using the “TAMIC” model of being: Transparent, Assured, Mindful, Influential and Calm; various ways of delivering caring communications, and 5 other strategies. Remember, the focus here is to figure out ways to apply these strategies on an every-day basis.
