The institute and its offerings are based on leading-at-the-edge Neuro-Scientific research that has been conducted and continues to unfold around the main issues of human behavior. The basic approach we use that has proven successful, is applying the RE-INVENT Model. We usually begin by addressing the wellness of the individuals in your organization, move to the effectiveness of the teams/departments, and then focus on the health of the organization as a whole. In its simplest form, the RE-INVENT Model takes a look at 1. “beingness” – who you are being as individuals and as an organization and 2. “doingness: – the behaviors and interactions within, and in the community.
Together we look at who and what are: working well, being effective and bringing value. Those aspects are enhanced. We look at what needs to be adjusted and shifted, and we create a plan to discard what is not creating usefulness. The programs we offer are virtual ones. After extensive research, we have found that virtual programs that are delivered well in a prescriptive manner are usually more effective than programs in-person. This was quite surprising to us since when we started our research, we were all convinced that in-person programs were generally superior in their effectiveness…not true. PRICING FOR THE PROGRAMS
The pricing for our programs is based on: Design Costs, Length of Delivery and Interaction, Number of Attendees from Your Organization, How Many Programs You Register for in Total, and Overall Number of Participants. Given these variables, it’s difficult to post prices. Please call us, and one of our representatives will gladly work with you to settle on pricing that meets your needs.
